Chris Rushton (MRICS) - Managing Director

Chris is Managing Director of GLE Properties, responsible for the Group’s property strategy including its development programme and investment portfolio.  He joined GLE Group in 1997 having previously worked in both private and public sector organisations, including Eagle Star Properties Limited. Chris has a strong background in commercial property development, property asset management and regeneration and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Steven Wright - Associate Director

Steven Wright gained a degree in Planning & Development Surveying, and became a Member of the RICS in 2002. He started work for English Partnerships where he was involved in the disposal of land for commercial development. In 2002 Steve joined Donaldsons where he gained in depth experience of property development, advising both public and private sector clients on retail, leisure, residential and commercial land uses.

Diana Griffin - Senior Property Manager

Diana Griffin joined GLE in 1985 where she has progressed to the portfolio property manager, responsible for all property management aspects of the portfolio.

Colin Compton (FRICS) - Consultant

Colin Compton trained as a chartered surveyor and valuer working at a number of the London boroughs including Newham, Hackney, Wandsworth and Enfield, before moving to the London borough of Southwark as assistant borough valuer in 1978.

Colin joined GLE in 1990 and became a director in 1992, in 2008 he retired as a director and has taken up a role as part-time consultant. He has extensive experience in the development and management of industrial and commercial property, together with substantial experience of working in and with local authorities. He is involved in all aspects of the Group's property investment and development interests.
